- 400 g of orecchiette
- 250 g of Crema di Rugiada
- 200 g of red and yellow cherry tomatoes
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
The crudaiola orecchiette is a fresh, light and delicious summer dish. Cut in a half the red and yellow cherry tomatoes and put them in a large bowl.
Bring the pan with salted water to the boiling point and boil orecchiette.
Add boiled orecchiette and Crema di Rugiada in a bowl.
Mix everything well and then add oil, black pepper and basil to taste.
