  • 400 g of orecchiette
  • 250 g of Crema di Rugiada
  • 200 g of red and yellow cherry tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Procedure

The crudaiola orecchiette is a fresh, light and delicious summer dish. A sweet cheese characterized by its ultralight creaminess, low in fat and source of proteins thanks to fresh 100% Apulian milk.

Cut in a half the red and yellow cherry tomatoes and put them in a large bowl.

Bring the pan with salted water to the boiling point and boil orecchiette.

Add boiled orecchiette and Crema di Rugiada in a bowl.

Mix everything well and then add oil, black pepper and basil to taste.
