Ingredients

  • 1 roll of pasta sfoglia
  • 500 g of Crema di Rugiada
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g of red cherry tomatoes
  • Black pepper
  • Basil
  • Olive oil

Procedure

The Savory tart with cherry tomatoes and Crema di Rugiada is a summer fast and easy recipe: Perfect for hot days, to bring in the office, to eat at lunch or at dinner. The sweetness of Crema di Rugiada wraps yellow and red cherry tomatoes with its ultralight creaminess to create a summer savoury tart with unique freshness and flavour. In addition to flavour there are all the benefits of 100% Apulian milk.

In one bowl mix Crema di Rugiada adding two eggs and a pinch of black pepper.

Cover the tart mold with baking paper and then place the pasta sfoglia.

Make holes on the bottom of pasta foglia and then put the paste of Crema di Rugiada on the inside.

Bake the tart in the oven for an about 20 minutes, until it gets a golden color on the top.

Once baked the tart, let it cool down for 10 minutes and in the meanwhile cut cherry tomatoes.

Add a thin layer of Crema di Rugiada on the top and e decorate with tomatoes and basil.
