Ingredients

For 12 pancakes

  • 150 g of egg whites
  • 80 g of peanut butter
  • 60 g of nuts flour
  • 140 g of whole milk
  • 60 g of oatmeal
  • 50 g of wattle honey

For the stuffing

  • 200 g of Crema di Rugiada
  • 50 g of dark chocolate
  • Berries

Procedure

The chocolate and berries protein pancakes is a simple and quick recipe for a healthy and proteic breakfast.
