  • 4 friselle
  • 200 g of Crema di Rugiada
  • 100 g of red and yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 80 g of bresaola
  • 50 g of salmon
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • A bunch of rocket
  • 4 Caper berries
  • Basil
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil


The summer friselle is a traditional apulian fresh and light recipe. Easy to make, they are the perfect snack for a break or delicious appetizer before the dinner. Crema di Rugiada completes the plate with its ultralight creaminess: wraps and enhance all the ingredients. Low-fat cheese that is also a source of protein gives a touch of wellness to your body with a fresh 100% Apulian milk flavour.

Wet slightly friselle and put them on a cutting board or plate.
Spread Crema di Rugiada with a butter knife.
Decorate to taste to create four friselle: the first with breasola and rocket, the seconde once with carrot and uncooked zucchini or even slightly sauteed, the third with salmon and caper berries and the fourth with tomatoes and basil.
Season with basil, black pepper and olive oil to taste.
